What’s New for 2026?

  • Up to $8,750 for family coverage
  • An additional $1,000 catch-up contribution is allowed if you’re age 55 or older.

401(k) Contribution Limit

  • Save more money for your future! The annual IRS limit is $23,500.
  • If you’re 55 or older, you can contribute an extra $7,500 in catch-up contributions.

For more details about these changes, check out your 2026 Benefit Guide.

Open Enrollment Game Plan

This is your once-a-year chance to make changes to your benefits. Here’s how to win during Open Enrollment:

  1. Review Your Current Benefits: Take a look at your current benefits lineup (medical, dental, vision, and life insurance). Are they still working for you, or is it time to switch it up?
  2. Check Out What’s New: Dive into the 2026 Benefit Guide to get the full play-by-play of what’s changing in 2026.
  3. Make Your Move: Whether it’s adjusting your coverage or adding a new benefit, now is the time to call the shots. This year’s Open Enrollment is active, which means if you do not select your benefits, you will not have coverage in 2026. Your current elections will not carry over. Your contribution adjustments are in your Open Enrollment materials.
  4. Maximize Your Financial Defense: Don’t forget to review your HSA and 401(k) contributions to ensure you are on track for a strong financial future.
  5. Update Your Information: Make sure your beneficiary and personal information are up to date.
