This year, our team has been hard at work behind the scenes, studying the playbook making smart adjustments, and finding new ways to protect the benefits you count on. With healthcare costs rising across the country, our goal has been simple: keep the lineup you know and value, and hold the line on your contributions wherever possible.

New season, same strong lineup. This year brings some changes to our benefits roster, but the plan designs you know and rely on are staying the same. Here’s what’s new:

• UMR takes the field for our CDHP, PPO, and EPO plans. UMR replaces Aetna as our medical plan administrator. More than 96% of the doctors and facilities our members use today are in UMR’s network, so most of you can keep seeing the providers you already know. Use the provider search tool to check that yours are included.
• Kaiser keeps its game plan and adds a new HRA. Kaiser plan designs, deductibles, and coinsurance are unchanged. We’re also adding a new Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to help you pay for eligible out-of-pocket costs.
• SmithRx joins the team as our new pharmacy partner. SmithRx will help us find new ways to get you the medications you need at the same or lower cost whenever possible.
