What’s New for 2027?

Medical Plan Updates

  • UMR is our new medical plan partner! Our CDHP, PPO, and EPO plans are now offered through UMR, with the same plan designs you know.
  • We made smart moves to keep you in the game. We are adding a new Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to our Kaiser plans to help you cover eligible out-of-pocket costs.
  • More ways to cover your team. We’re adding a fourth coverage tier, so you can choose the option that best fits your household.
  • Build your own lineup. Medical and dental are now unbundled, so you can enroll in one, both, or neither.

IRS HSA Contribution Limits

  • Up to $4,500 for individual coverage
  • Up to $9,000 for family coverage
  • If you’re 55 or older, you can contribute an extra $1,000.

401(k) Contribution Limit

  • Save more for your future! The annual IRS limit is $24,500.
  • If you’re 55 or older, you can contribute an extra $8,000.
  • If you’re 60-63, your catch-up limit may be even higher.

Open Enrollment Game Plan

This is your once-a-year chance to make changes to your benefits. Here’s how to win during Open Enrollment:

  • Review Your Current Benefits: Take a look at your current benefits lineup (medical, dental, vision, and life insurance). Are they still working for you, or is it time to switch it up?
  • Check Out What’s New: Dive into the 2027 Benefit Guide to get the full play-by-play of what’s changing in 2027.
  • Make Your Move: Whether it’s adjusting your coverage or adding a new benefit, now is the time to call the shots. This year’s Open Enrollment is active, which means if you do not select your benefits, you will not have coverage in 2027. Your current elections will not carry over. Your contribution adjustments are in your Open Enrollment materials.
  • Maximize Your Financial Defense: Don’t forget to review your HSA and 401(k) contributions to ensure you are on track for a strong financial future.
  • Update Your Information: Make sure your beneficiary and personal information are up to date.
